Robert Earl, Chairman and Founder of Planet Hollywood International, Inc. and Earl Enterprises, is thrilled to announce a partnership with acclaimed Chef Hung Huynh, to create new restaurant concepts with Pan-Asian influences and Chef Hung’s distinctive culinary style.

The first concept Chef Hung has developed for Earl Enterprises is the fast-casual ASIAN STREET EATS BY CHEF HUNG HUYNH, featuring a crowd-pleasing menu consisting of pot stickers, scallion pancakes, and rice bowls all offered with a variety of protein, fillings and dipping sauces, with a wide range of beverages rounding out the menu. The first ASIAN STREET EATS opened at LAX in the Tom Bradley terminal in September with an abridged menu. The newest location at Downtown Disney® District in Anaheim, California, opens today with the complete menu offered.

“I am delighted to welcome Chef Hung into our family,” said Earl. “I have followed his remarkable career and am a fan of everything he has done thus far. I cannot wait to open our Asian Street Eats location at Downtown Disney District, following on the success of LAX, and I anticipate rapid growth going forward for this concept.”

“When Robert Earl approached me with his ideas for new concepts highlighting Asian flavors I was instantly intrigued,” said Chef Hung. “I love his enthusiasm and his vision and knew that we would make a great team. I’m excited to get our first restaurants open and look forward to working with the team at Earl Enterprises.”
